Step 1: Purchase a Team Pak

If you have not already done so, buy your membership from the ShopDI website.  You will receive a Team Number with your Challenge Materials.  Meet with your team to choose a challenge, and get your team to work on their solutions!  Don't forget to practice Instant Challenges!

 

Step 2: Register for the Tidewater Tournament

Complete the Tournament Registration Form to register your team for the Tidewater Regional Tournament. Submit your form electronically and mail the $40 team registration fee by January 7, 2012. Don't be late... after January 7th, the registration fee jumps to $75.  Checks may be made payable to Tidewater DI.  See the electronic form for the mailing address.

Important: Your team name that you put on this form, will be the one that follows you through all levels of competition, so choose wisely.

Step 3: Complete the Volunteer Form
Each team is required to submit one full-day volunteer for the Tournament. Use the Volunteer Form to submit your volunteer.  Since some questions deal with personal preference, it is recommended that the volunteer fills this form out and submits on behalf of the team.  The deadline to submit this form is January 7, 2012.

Important: Please understand that your volunteer will not necessarily be able to work at the challenge site that your team is presenting in. Please encourage flexibility when recruiting your volunteers. A $25 fee will be charged to the team if it fails to provide a volunteer or if their volunteer is absent from tournament duties.
